Prior to your date of departure on your first Trip under the policy, if you are not completely satisfied with the Annual Multi-Trip Insurance for ANY reason, simply send us an email or a fax telling us you wish to cancel the policy. As long as we hear from you prior to departure on your first Trip under the policy, you will receive a full refund of premium within 10 business days.
