Our staff takes care of everything, from answering questions by phone or email, processing insurance applications, obtaining competitive quotes, desigining specialty insurance products, collection of premium and payment of commissions, delivery of policy documents, providing assistance in filing a claim, and training our clients who sell travel insurance directly to travelers.
